Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Pecitoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Pecitoto website atpecitoto.cam and any associated sub-domains, mobile web applications, or services ("the Platform"). By accessing or using Pecitoto, you ("the User", "Player", "Member", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Pecitoto with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Pecitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the Pecitoto Platform.
• "Balance" — the sum of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including any real-money funds and bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive provided by Pecitoto to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game" — any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, sports bet, lottery product, poker game, or other wagering activity made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process that Players are required to complete in accordance with Pecitoto's compliance obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia, which is the sole currency in which Platform transactions are denominated.
• "Platform" — the Pecitoto website at pecitoto.cam, including all sub-pages, services, features, and content accessible therein.
• "Player" or "User" or "Member" — any individual who has registered an Account on Pecitoto and is accessing or using the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, where use of the Platform by residents is restricted.
• "Wagering Requirement" — a condition attached to a Bonus stipulating that a specified multiple of the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winings can be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Pecitoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Pecitoto strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all Platform users, consistent with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services.
2. You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of another individual, corporation, or entity.
3. You reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or supplier of Pecitoto or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
5. You have not previously had an Account on Pecitoto that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms or any previous version thereof.
6. You are not registered under any self-exclusion programme operated by Pecitoto or any gambling regulatory body.
7. You are acting in your own legal capacity and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

Pecitoto reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing Account if it reasonably determines, at any time, that a Player does not meet or longer meets these eligibility criteria.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) number or passport number for non-citizens, and a valid email address. You must maintain the accuracy of this information at all times and promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling standards, Pecitoto requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Pecitoto may also request KYC documentation at any time during Player's membership, including in response to unusual account activity.

Accepted KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid passport (for non-Malaysian residents)
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days
• Proof of payment method — screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by Pecitoto may result in Account suspension and the witholding of pending withdrawal requests until documentation is received and verified.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Pecitoto will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Pecitoto immediately via our customer support channels.

Deposits & Payments

Pecitoto accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at Pecitoto's discretion.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the Platform's Cashier section at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted periodically by Pecitoto without prior notice. Deposits made via e-wallet and DuitNow are generally credited to the Player's Account within seconds of confirmation. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within fifteen to thirty (15–30) minutes.

Pecitoto does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees. Pecitoto is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds have been met; (c) no active security investigation is pending in relation to the Account; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold.

Pecitoto targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes, though these are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays caused by payment network issues or compliance reviews:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes in most cases
• DuitNow Transfer & FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong) — 5 to 15 minutes
• Direct Bank Wire — 15 to 60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — 15 to 30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering requirements. In cases where this is not possible, Pecitoto may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

Bonuses & Promotions

Pecitoto offers various promotional bonuses to its Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and other time-limited promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Pecitoto operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions, using arbitrage strategies to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or using betting patterns that Pecitoto deems to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion may result in bonus cancellation, Account suspension, or permanent termination.

7.3 Referal Programme

Players who participate in the Pecitoto Referral Programme and invite friends to register must ensure that all referred individuals are genuinely new users who meet the Platform's eligibility requirements. Self-referal (creating additional Accounts to generate referral bonuses) is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of the wager. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market only.

8.1 Sports Betting

Bets on sports events, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and all other markets, are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of that sport. Pecitoto reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is clear evidence of match manipulation, score errors, or data feed failures.

8.2 System Errors

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in a game or bet outcome being displayed incorrectly, Pecitoto reserves the right to declare the relevant round, game session, or bet void and to refund the stake to the Player's Account. Winings arising from a provably eroneous payout are not valid and will be reversed.

8.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change at Pecitoto's discretion. Pecitoto further reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where it deems this necessary for risk management purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pecitoto Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating more than one Account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus fraud, or payment fraud
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert the proceeds of criminal activity
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is not permitted by applicable law
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Pecitoto staff or other Platform users

Responsible Gambling

Pecitoto is deeply committed to responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable players. We provide a suite of player protection tools as standard to all registered Members, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings at all times.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. Players who self-exclude from Pecitoto must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period. Such attempts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Pecitoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Pecitoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, copy, transmit, distribute, or use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without Pecitoto's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in the immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pecitoto, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.

Pecitoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pecitoto makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from harmful components. While we take extensive measures to maintain Platform uptime and security, scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of services.

Account Suspension & Termination

Pecitoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account would constitute a risk to Pecitoto, other Players, or third parties; or (d) a regulatory or legal requirement necessitates account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, Pecitoto will return the verified real-money balance to the Player after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts or processing fees, subject to KYC verification.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law standards. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the applicable governing framework.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect or override any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, including any rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Changes to These Terms

Pecitoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — Pecitoto will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account.
